I appreciated the free parking available here, the modern room with four pillows of varying thickness, the well-equipped bathroom, the secluded yet convenient location near the airport, and the complimentary and ample breakfast offered.

The room was well-appointed with a sitting area, a writing desk and ironing facilities.

Location near to the outskirts of the city, shops, restaurants, and Downtown. Reasonably good and savoury breakfast with good selections, excellent service.

The service at the hotel was great. There was a free shuttle to the airport and the T station that was very reliable. The hotel had a really good continental breakfast that was always full. My stay at the hotel enhanced my trip to Boston.

We enjoyed the really comfy bed, and big breakfast. Never saw the pancake machine before. We greatly Aappreciated the return of my misplaced purse because an honest employee took it to Lost and Found. Also was impressed that the manager drove the shuttle to the airport! I enjoyed my stay in a king room with a private bathroom. The hotel is located near a restaurant and an office building. John W. Pearce Lake Dam is only 2 miles away from the hotel.

Modern room vibes! 🌟 Love the setup with the sink as soon as you walk in, separate from the bathroom. the tub under the ceiling gives a nice touch!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Boston - Saugus in Saugus. The hotel was fantastic, with good selections for breakfast. The location was comfortable and the staff were top-class people during check-out.

It was clean, the free internet worked in my room and despite the distance from Logan, the shuttle service was fast (partly I lucked out on the pick-up-on-demand with a 5 minute wait -- there might have been a 25 min wait if the shuttle hadn't already been arriving at the airport for another pickup)

The complementary continental breakfast did not start early enough in the morning, so I (and a van full of other guests) missed this prepaid amenity, making the already steep price even steeper. The price was a royal rip-off -- for whatever reason, all of the hotels close to Logan were booked that week end, so these guys doubled their price!

I stayed with my family and it was really very comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was sumptuous. The shuttle service was efficient.

The only factor which confused me was the suffix 'logan international' attached to the name of the hotel, which made me think that it was close to the airport. Which it is surely not. But shuttle service compensated for that.

Location noisy and no easy restaurant facilities.

Secluded spot with all you need nearby, except a drug store. The rooms were nicely furnished and had all the things you'd expect. 🏨

The name includes "Logan Airport" giving a traveler the impression the hotel is in close proximity to the airport. This is not the case. The hotel provides a free shuttle to/from the airport (a big plus!), however if you arrive following a long flight, a cozy bed closer to the airport may be a preference.
